Coach Herzog's attention to the little details that make or break a move/position are amazing. The way he teaches position/submission flows is outstanding. If A doesn't work, go to option B, if B doesn't work go to option C, and so on and so forth.

I never learned any leglocks so Im very glad to be learning leg lock game from Coach Zog himself thanks alot again and dont worry your gonna see an alarming growth of ghost in competition starting south FL up

Figures it storms all weekend and today it's beautiful out... i guess the Florida skies just can't handle Zog's intensity ;-)
