I had a Feeling something was up, He gets swept and choked out by Damian Maia, he was facing possibly getting cut with another loss, and suddenly he runs through Marquart, and now is fighting for the title. I think getting swept by Maia like that, Who isn't known for his strength, Made sonnen feel like he needed a "Little Extra"

I've been swept by guys that are weaker then me, you being a brown belt should know that strength isn't everything.

I'm the head instructor, small school but growing, And every new person says I'm the only one teaching Traditional & 10th planet Mixed, Cool, I guess no one else is interested in 10th planet they seem to be against it. And yes we have a Nogueira offiliate, not the actual nogueira's in Tulsa, Daniel Valverde was the instructor there but he went back to Florida. Good school either way, but kind of expensive, and no 10th planet.

Nate Marquardt deserves the title shot. He did really well at fight night last week and there's not really another middleweight stand out that comes to mind that deserves a title shot

Steroid use is more valuable in MMA as a training tool anyways. Due to the faster recovery and healing time you can jam 10 years of mat time in 3 years of training. The only reason guys are getting caught is because they are not cycling off of the stuff correctly so I doubt that anything was actually used in any true "performance enhancing" capacity at the time of the fight. How do you think these guys are keeping their bodies together training 5-8 hours a day for 5 or more days a week? How do you think fighters are developing severe tendon injuries that you'd usually see on a veteran kick boxer within 4 years of training? How are dude's making it into the TUF house with only 3 years of MMA training and not looking like noobs in the cage?

So I think it's all kind of nonsense. I mean technically it's only cheating to be using PEDs within the sanctioned time range building up to the fight but even off of the PEDs you can't erase someone's mat time that they exploited with the aid of PEDs. Unless they want to test active and inactive fighters year around there's really no functional point to any of this.
