The last time Eddie was on Joe Rogan's podcast he mentioned rolling with break-dancers and being surprised by their core strength. Calling it a "different animal" or something when compared to rolling with a guy who started off as a wrestler or a soccer player.
Has anyone else at Home Planet been messing around with this with Eddie? I have been trying out handstands and sitting on the top of the stairs to my apartment and trying to lift my whole body with just my arms. I don't have the flexibility or strength to do the lifts on a flat surface yet so the top of the stairs gives me a way to cheat the angle.
I'd love to hear what you guys are doing.
