My student, Jesse Bell, was telling me last night about Ben Saunders' rubber guard from Bellator. I just ran into the thread started by Eddie on MMA.tv and checked out the video somebody posted. Wow! That's some good shit Ben was doing. He does a slightly modified version where he has his arm inside of his leg. He seemed so comfortable with it and was never in any danger. He was blasting the other guy with punches and threatening with triangles and omaplatas the whole time.
