the results are good I feel! I train fairly regular with the mask. usually Kettle bells and my homemade TRX straps type stuff. I can tell a huge difference if I've gotten to use the mask consisitently. About 3 times a week. I havent used the O2 trainer in quite a while, but I also swim with a snorkel alot because I have a PT test for work and its sort of the same only with a bigger hole to breath through. But when I train consistently I do feel like my cardio as far as rolling is better.

I also like the mask because it's more difficult to cheat on the breathing since the O2 trainer fits as a snorkel would. Just my 2 cent as it were. I also made a home made version of the mask. I ordered a gas mask, {NBC} type, off ebay for 15$ and free shipping and just used duct tape and made a hole in the duct tape. It works as well as my elevation mask actually. Oh and it does work by the way. I even argued the point with some folks and I found some science to back it up, but I would have to go back and find the research paper..Walt

Seriously, a lot of these training devices can be home made with little effort. Buying a particle filtration mask for spray-paint from any hardware store and duct taping washers (well cleaned) over the holes that you replace the filters with. Cost you 10-12$ tops.

I have used canned oxygen before my fight and before heavy training sessions and it seems work really well. Oxygen preload for longer more intense workouts. Tru 02 is made down the street from my gym so I refill the High Pressure canister when I run out.
