Just got back from my 9th or so trip to 10th planet melbourne for the year... it's a 10 hour round trip but so worth it.
Frank tweeks my game and imporves it 100%, can't thank him enough for all his advise and teachings....
3.30am start with 2 of my boys for the 490 km trip (pails in comparison to the 10,000km frankie travels to train at HQ), got there and got to work with frank in a private on using my meathook... took my triangle to a whole nother level, from RG and gangsta lean, put it to use in some trouble shooting getting my kung fu move from jersey too.
also worked on 5 0 control and mechanics sweeps...
during the actual class rolled with some great guys including the man himself, and although he gives up 15 - 20 kgs, the man gives me fits, he's like trying to catch grease lighting.
everytime i go there i feel my game improving, little things here and there, plus i've gone from getting a sore hand from tapping so much, to actually feeling like i belong on the mat with these guys.
always an honor getting over there frankie, if you get on here.
Now for the Eddie Seminar in Dec... you have no idea how huge this is for us to have master eddie coming over... i know the guys are fuckin stoked!
Long ass day, 13 hours combined driving or training... but all i want to do is turn around and get my ass back over there. Pity i have to go deal with drunk assholes down at work till 3 in the morning....
