Thread: GSP is out!

    GSP is out!

IDK if anyone saw this yet but GSP looks likes hes out for a few months with a knee injury. I hope it gives Condit enough time to prepare so he can win!

Nick Diaz and BJ Penn are now the main event .... I hope Dana makes it a 5 round event.

Didn't see this coming (sarcasm). You don't pull a draw like Diaz off the main card (and put him on the undercard) for some tit for tat press conference. If it's that big of a deal you can his ass. That combined with the less than normal hype about the GSP fight and I knew this was going to get canceled a long time ago. Not buying it - :tinfoilhat:

Thing is, as a huge BJ fan I'm obviously going to be rooting for him on the 29th, but I know if he were to win and Dana put him up for next in line at a title shot that he wouldn't wait around. He hasn't fought since late February and by the time he steps in against Diaz, it'll have been just over 8 months since his last fight. He won't want to sit out for that period again just waiting for a title shot, he'll want to take a fight in between.

My question is: Who will it be? If Diaz were to win (which I'm thinking won't happen) he might sit out and wait for the shot, but knowing BJ he'll want another fight. Koscheck?

If Koscheck thinks he got dominated by GSP's jab lol is he in for an awakening.

You know now that u mention it is kinda weird. I could see GSP pulling this stunt because he didnt have time to "prepare" for Condit. I just wonder if the UFC was in on it too.
