    Sean Bollinger Seminars in Essex Saturday 22nd October

    ...the seminar tour continues...we'll be in London tomorrow afternoon to see the sights then off to Essex for the seminar on Saturday...Salisbury on Sunday...see you there

    I was at the Elements MMA Seminar Sean did last night in Birmingham. Sean is an awesome teacher - he took us through some fairly basic techniques or so I thought until he broke down every aspect to finite detail to ensure that everyone in the class, all abilities and levels of experience could benefit from it. His attention to detail is off the chart and clearly goes some way to helping make him the excellent 10thPJJ practitioner that he is. He is also a really approachable guy and took time out for any questions at the end of the seminar which was really cool. Godo work guys
