How does one even start to develop that kind of athleticism for those super slow windmills with pauses in them?

Junior is the best at what he does, along with Kujo. Junior has a partially paralized leg giving him that unique style based on upper body strength(plus I think he juices). There are a lot of master's at their own style. Lilou is def up there. This guy is one of my favorites.

Its impossible imo. Thats one of the reasons I switched over to jj and mma. I know for a fact that my tech and style were waaay better in some battles and the dude really had no clue he was beat. He was probably thinkin the same thing. Many are completely self obsessed and delusional with there view on there own skill. When opinions on who won the battle get heated, it often escalates. I saw it as the natural progression of competition, and knew that if I wanted to be sure I could kick these athletic lilbastards ass. I was goin to have to train. I ended up likin it. No subjectivity, which forces humility. Very refreshing compared to bboy battle mentality. Still love both tho
