    Workout challenge, anyone?

    Can we get a thread going where we push each othere to try horrendous and insane exercises? Make the rule you can only post a challenge if you include a vid/pic of yourself doing it?

    This is one of my favorite things to hit right after warmup:

    I kinda have to stiff-leg it from the pushup, but the rest of my crew does a frog jump to the 4x4. I advise everyone to do this where you have to jump to reach the pullup bar, and to use something like this 4x4 so that you can't wrap your hands around it.

    Please ignore the part where I knock a bunch of sticks off the wall...

    I like it! I'll post a workout this weekend . I'm a avid Kettlebell user and bodyweight exercise freak. I like the idea of this thread.

    See how long it takes you to do 100 burpees. So far my best time is 5 min 25 secs.

    We have this crazy workout at my gym where we slap hands then try to kill eachother for five minutes. Take a minute break and do it again. We do this all night, its the craziest workout ive done. And ive done most.
