    Hey, just wanted to let a few guys know about the blog I've been running. It doesn't get updated THAT much, I didn't want it to be just a load of ramblings.

    Basically, it's about my findings and experiences as I go along my journey in Jiu Jitsu. I also share some techniques. If you disagree with anything about the techniques, feel free to correct me, I'm always willing to learn. However, its about stuff I have found out on my journey and what worked for me at the time.

    I also post stuff about my opinions on Yoga, my trip to HQ this year, and will be posting things about competitions I am involved in such as videos. It's basically my Jiu Jitsu journal, take it as you may
