It was alright. No baseball bat control and no controlling the other foot when doing the calf crank. But otherwise pretty cool.

He did better than my first take a year ago (or whenever it was) but I suppose u can give leeway for it being a demo, and that he's teaching the 10thpjj system (I guess some press is better than no press). Which reminds me I need more practice myself...
