Casey: the will to improve your ground game while getting super sick with your hands(a la Chad Bollinger) is awesome! You are always seeking more to be the best fighter possible.

Javy: what can I say man. You've earned this one. You've been around and you've never left. All the extra training and jits while traveling has paid dividends.

Calan(cj): another person that has amazed me from day 1. Only a few months in the U.S., from S. Africa, you've found a way to go double days at the gym for upwards of 7 days a week. Now if that's not dedication, I don't know what is.
