    WOw, what a a beast reminds me of someone..........RP influence perhaps. Scary how much pressure is put on the athlete when the other is raging for the footlock/toe/ankle ect. Seems like the flavour of the year so far.

    Yep definitely the cloverleaf. It's crazy, when I first started training a few years back I was big into Jiu Jitsu. My Catch Wrestling friend said "I think leg locks are gonna be the new black here soon". I thought he was crazy, I was completely wrong.
