Dude, Joe is saying a lot of the stuff I said after the Stann fight. Sonnen is a scary man right now. When I saw him slap that katagatame on Stann, I'm like, wow, that's textbook Jake Sheilds. That's a scary thought. A guy with Sonnen's wrestling, constant pressure, ground and pound, and now he has a few Jake Shields tricks up his sleeve? Sonnen is a dangerous man right now.

Brian Stann was a light heavyweight champion in WEC , He walks around about the same as Sonnen . He's not a small middle weight at all.
