after college i grabbed the barbell in the gym and did one of the WODs that i liked the look of on youtube ( theres sooo many) and although i didnt perform at a championship level i still felt completely fucked. it felt like a solid little session even though it was only for 15 minutes. after a little break i still had the energy to go over some good heavy lifting and my usual stretching routine. i think i might start doing similar workouts on a more regular basis, they seem to be working for quite a lot of people. add that to my new semi-paleo nutrition rules/plan and maybe ill start losing so good flab
