Triangle Choke. Ever since Royce choked Severn and then Nate Diaz and his double bird triangle. I'd rather choke a friend than possibly injure him to the point where he has to take time off training. Plus an Arm Bar or Leg Lock could end too quick. Triangle; you can really savor the victory before he taps..or she.

I land a lot of triangles, but my favorites are arm crushes and bicep cutters... pain moves

Ask my students and they will all tell you the Peruvian neck tie! I have a variation from rear back control where I'll ride my opponents back and spin to north south and hook my leg over my opponents head while in transition. It usually surprises them that before they realize what's happening I've secured the grip and are rolling back to put on the squeeze

Triangles for sure. Any kind of them... I seem to catch them from everywhere and I believe my count is up to 33 or 34 wins out of like 45 tournament wins.

I've got long flexible legs so triangles are money for me quite regularly; both run-of-the-mill triangles and inverted. I'm ALWAYS looking for triangles! Beyond that, my new thing is looking for grapevines so I can get to the truck or back. I can grapevine from most anywhere but turning it into something is still not as high-percentage as I'd like for me. That's my project for the next few months: make them run in fear from my twister game!

there is nothing more satisfying then making an opponent pass out when they think that they can get out.

hit a lot of arm bars and kimora's too.
