No. Just no. I assume you're talking as if this would be at an IBJJF event? IBJJF doesn't do superfights, so this would be at a Grappler's Quest most likely.
Even entertaining your statement, Jeff has competed in a slew of IBJJF events. He was the 1st American to win the No-Gi Worlds at black belt, and he won the Pan Ams 2 times as a brown belt.
He's not gonna mess up and accidentally knee-reap someone. Learn the rules of the tournament you're about to enter and follow them. Someone mentioned a great example. Rafa Mendes will knee reap the shit out of people looking for heel hooks at ADCC. Ryan Hall will go for reverse heel hooks off the 50/50 at GQuest, NAGA, ADCC, whatever all day. These people simply adjust at IBJJF events and don't do those things. They still do fine. The IBJJF has made recent efforts to tell their refs not to call immediate DQs on knee reaps to give competitors a second or two to move the foot back to a legal position.
It's insulting to Jeff Glover to say he would get DQ's for breaking a rule that he wouldn't break. Jeff doesn't have a history of getting DQs. I assume you said that because of the DQs at te No Gi Worlds. Fine. Once again learn the rules, even if the knee reap rule for example is stupid. Caio and Jeff have both competed in a ton of IBJJF events and neither one would get DQ's because they know the rules.
If you're upset about you or a friend getting DQ'd this weekend, just say that.
