    My match @ 11/05/2011 adcc FO 2011

    theres the whole match,i had some kind of RG action but when the ref said the points are on i totally paniced and tried going through a semi-sloppy jiu claw sweep or something like that. I'd be grateful to have your guys opinions and tips on my first grappling match.Thanks

    @your jiuclaw, make sure to stuff that hand to your hip between you both. and shoot your hips up/ tward his head. you will spin a little but it will crank the position tighter so he cant pull out. Then remember to seat belt, you want him nice and safe for your win landing.

    Your rubber guard looked pretty good, but don't rush through your transitions. Speed is very important, but only if the technique is also there, especially for submissions, otherwise they'll just slip out. When he stepped up with his far foot you can hook it with your right leg and transition to the carni. It's a great transition against people who like step up out of the omoplata.
