Roller Derby Name Ideas??

My Roommate Ashley, a former figure skater, has started her Roller Derby Career and is in need of a witty "Skate Name." Her ideal name would be a cool play on words and have both violent and sexual innuendos. The Derby Girls also choose their own number, up to 4 digits and can use percentage symbols and decimals.

For example, we entered "Debbie Darce" and got the following response:

Ashley has a few days before she has to submit her name. She would rather not use her real name in her "skate name"... "Whipin' Ash" is one of her friends.
