Zog, I just got back from a three stripe blackbelt seminar, and with no disrespect at all to him, it made me realize how amazing of a coach and technition you are. Love your vids even more now that im lookin at stackin shoulders 90 degrees and following lines of withdrawl and all that shit. Thanks man. Learned so much, and not just jj.

You can't go wrong with coach Herzog's advice. It's so much more important to dismantle the mechanics of the attack, when defending, rather than thinking in terms of "moves". It's sort of fun, since defending a leg lock ends up feeling more like dismantling a time bomb rather than a move.
