Can you guys tell me the basics in cutting water weight in a 24-48 hour period. I am trying to cut 10 pounds of water out of a 200+ pound weight over a couple days. Diet and workout will be in check up to that point, it is that I have never cut water weight before. I'd like to know how to:
1- Nutrition for the last 7 days
2- Water intake for the last 7 days
3- Water-food intake the last 24 hours
4- The use of sauna, sweat suits and bathtub
5- Over the counter or natural supplements to help with the cut
