I am still kinda up in the air on this. It has great potential I think..

Its still a diamond in the rough no doubt, lots of things I could see improved.. but I think its fairly new. If your looking for any kind of a p90x this is kinda neat. They obviously try to capitalize on peoples desires for belts and the MMA craze.. but if your short on cash or away from home it is free.

They show you the work outs, then you do it in what they call a "fight" format. Basically it runs you through a set of stretches etc, then into a workout that has rounds and rests. Ive yet to see them really use much for needed equipment other then a resistance band. They offer alternate work outs in case you are unable to do a certain set due to injury etc. At the end you log your work out and as you continue you move up in "Belts". You can issue challenges as well.. but im not really sure how that works.

Warrior X-Fit is a unique web-based martial arts fitness platform, developed by Martial Arts Pioneer, Legend and 8th Degree Blackbelt Chief Master William Clark
"Legend"...hmm, I've never heard of him. You'd think if he was a legend, he'd appear on this list of famous William Clarks:

Look at his site. He's a Tae Kwon Do Black Belt who won a Karate championship in '74 and shows off that trains with a red robe and a wushu sword?

    Seems legit.

Haha I never looked at who developed it, I can see your point. In the same sense though, I wouldnt try to derive any kind of "Skill sets" from it. More so just a instructional workout if your on the road with a laptop, bored and dont have p90 or anything. Like I said, I am more a fan of the idea they have, the rounds and the routine kinda thing along with the prestretch etc. If say a true pioneer in the sport of jits did something like this it would be tight as hell, just a daily work out based on grappling. Fuk the belt stuff, but a way to track your results like fitday.com

In fairness to the man himself, he certainly makes no effort in hiding what TKD is.

    The Gradual Evolution of Taekwondo

(Taken from the article entitled "Taekwondo's Growth Explosion; The Growth of Taekwondo over the Last Ten Years", by Master Bill Clark. The Way of Traditional Taekwondo, Vol 1, No. 1 Summer 1995 pages 23-25.)

    The 1970's

Made up of mostly men, very few females. Sparring took a major role, and dominated most classes with the predominantly male students working towards competition.
Training was archaic compared to today's standards. Cloth-covered boards were used to improve boards-breaking ability. Training aids were in the infant stages of being developed.

    The 1980's

Females began getting involed, as well as many children and teenagers. Taekwondo became more of a family activity. Classes became better workouts for health conscious martial artists. The teaching of forms took over more importance than actual sparring.
Safety improvements evolved with many items entering the market which could be used to improve safety in both training and sparring.

Machines which improved flexibility became available, as well as many other advancements to improve martial arts training.

Tournaments concentrated on both forms and sparring. Self-defense was the reason most people were enrolled in Taekwondo classes.

    The 1990's

The 1990s version of Taekwondo is geared toward the complete family unit. It now has appeal to all ages. Many schools are offering classes where families can train together.
Training and flexibility approaches become more conventional. Blocking is easier to learn with the development of padded items specially designed for blocking drills.

Tournaments emphasize safety and form over toughness and sparring. They are also now open to any individual who desires to compete. A system of ranks has been established so everyone has a fair chance at being World Champion. Judging is more precise and professional.

What drives men to dress in silk gi's and hold big spears is beyond me, I personally am more of a tight leather and whips kinda person.
