Hey here at Chicago North we have been using a few things to help get our comp team the nasiest as well can. I use all of this stuff for my highschool wrestling program , my fitness clients, and our hockey players. I am a Crossfit CF-L1 trainer so crossfit is heavy at our gym but we supplement that with bulgarian bags and kettlebell training. I would love to here what other Moons are doing to come together and try to get the best possible programs together.
