What I was taught was to get control of the body once you've
switched your hips, then just walk your legs away from your opponent's
head. You keep the walking motion away until they are completely
flattened out. It is damn near impossible to roll out at that point.
When you're walking away, it drags their face on the mat along with your
legs until they eventually break and flatten out. At that point, I don't
see how it couldn't be 90%.
