This weekend was the 1st ever NAGA in Canada, so naturally Montreal had to represent! We took home 3 golds and 3 silvers with a team of 8 guys. Not too shabby. Stay tuned for the highlight video.

Nice job To you and all your guys Louis. And thanks for the coaching with me even if it was a losing effort for me. That lose and the one to the same kid in Gi on Sunday got me to take a hard look at myself and make some changes. I'm going to do a seperate post about that. Again thanks for the helpAlways train with purpose and fight with passion . Don't be afraid to dream big, but have the balls to make your dreams come true.

Conner, I have a ton of respect for you cuz you compete and put your ass on the line. I would suggest you gotta tighten up your half guard game. You had a lot of trouble getting double underhooks from half guard and your lockdown was kinda loose. If you could take up your half guard game by a couple notches, it'll take you really far.
