damn dude i average 1300 a year been doing it for about 2 yrs roughly 2600 not bad cool theory. ahhh time to put in some work.

Hi Frank, I went some rounds with a guy you may know. His name is Rob from Australia. He's a purple belt under the machado affl out there. He's training at gokors for the next 8-9 monts. I showed him the rubber stamp and the evil guard so I think it's only fair to show you te same. Rubber stamp on the next already from a prev post... Evil guard is still in the works.. I have to get video of it. Maybe I'll shoot this weekend(4-5 minutes).

I never even looked at it this way before. If 1 round of grappling/sparring = 1 street fight, how many street fights till we earn the Vin Diesel "tough guy" patch?
