Efrain is a regular here at 10P yuma. Hes stepping in on short notice to face Volkmann at UFC 141. We were working xguard and talking about Hendersons up comming fight before he got the call. Efrain is a super kid with tons of talent and we wish him all the best. ALways a great guy to have in class and tons of help to our other fighters. Go get em Efrain!!

Damn, I wanted to see him back in the octagon, but not like this. Volkmann is a tough wrestler. I'll be rooting for Efrain though..
