Waivers don't do shit really, A waiver regardless of what it says cant stop anyone from taking you to court thus incurring the expenses of the legal system. Agreed, it require a waiver or contract or some kind.. but my point being just having joe blow sign a piece of paper that says I r will not get angry if you hurts me. does little to no good.
