Injury Recovery Time?? Training trip and comps on hold

Bad Bad Bad luck, I was suppose to be in Dallas competing at Naga last saturday, and wanted to do the Gracie nationals as well, I also booked my trip to LA, Vegas and San Diego to go train for mid February. 10 Days ago I broke right hand and my finger. Good news is no surgery bad news is that I cant go hard for 4 months as the specialist says.

has anyone here broken any bones in there hands, if so what was the recovery time like fore you. I havent broken a bone in my hand for over 8 years and I dont remember what the recovery was like. What kind of time frames do u guys have??

Not making my injury history all public, but I had broken bones before. Last time I broke my hand and wrist I was still darcing people the next day. I got cast about two weeks after that injury and taught a seminar with it. I wouldn't recommend going hard for at least 6 weeks. After that you should be fine. It might still hurt for a while afterwards. Just listen to your body and feel better soon.
