Coach Zog is a great teacher. When I can land that in rolling twice (once from clamp, once from wedge), literally the same day I learned it, you know Zog taught us well. He's a BAMF from a lineage of BAMF's. 10th planet has some nasty tools to play with man. Proud to be a part.

Great stuff, I was drilling the details from this video this past saturday trying to re-tighten up my leg lock game. I was getting sloppy and skipping steps, this should keep me straight.

Wonderfully! The gym has a good vibe to it; very welcoming bunch. It's a young gym and pretty much everybody is in excellent shape -- which makes for some very good work outs. Tim is a very good coach and it's been very interesting to see the similarities and differences between Roc and here. Probably most significantly, it's only 15 minutes away so I can go a lot more often!

I do have an unfair advantage when rolling as well: I've rolled with the apes in Rochester, kids. I don't care how athletic you think you are, if you don't have the sub -- even if I'm pooped you're using every ounce of wrestlerbeast in you -- I'm not tapping. Too many guys are way too sloppy and an out-of-position kimura isn't going to do it no matter how much you huff and puff. I've been in *ZOG'S* kimura and you think you're gonna get a tap with that half-assed crap? Uh uh. Tighten it up or it's my turn.

All that said, I miss you and everybody else tons. 10th Planet Rochester is the moon I was born on so it'll always feel like home.
