I have been making this shake for about two weeks now. I love it. I have been sleeping better and have had no desire for caffeine. It took a couple of tries to get the right amount of ginger though. It is very strong and can overpower the shake. I use about 1'' by 1'' cut per shake. I also use a pear and an apple instead of just a pear. and the last few have added an eggplant too (supposed to help maintain healthy blood pressure).
