You doing the gracie nationals on the 29th Jan? Its in LA. I am thinking about competing. But it will definitely take me a few days of training to get back in shape when i get out there, as i have cut down training here big time as worried about getting injured just before my trip LOL.

Since most people are ignoring my posts anyway I thought I'd share the fact that I'm flying to Los Angeles on Dec 31. I went down to Frankfurt today to get my visa application approved. My flight back is scheduled for the end of June. A lot of time for improving my Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Gonna do a couple of tournaments of course. I hope more guys will join me this time. Fighting alone isn't that much fun.
