Its worth it regardless. I broke my foot and had a deep muscle belly tear in my hamstring, on the same leg, back in November. They had me back on the mats and rolling light again a week and 1/2 ago,thats just over 4 weeks from injury to rolling again. My body wouldn't be able to keep up without it.
