Besides that: I have attended 4 or 5 of Eddie's Seminars (and traveled 4 hours for one). I have attended Coach Alder's Seminar. I have attended on of Denny's seminars in Phoenix at John Botello's.

You are correct Stephen. He has so many more popular posts. You are also correct that I am referring to actions, training and seminars. My involvement in the 10th Planet JJ system vs hanging out on the forum posting disgusting pictures of mangled human beings.

I am not a Forum Hero. I look for interesting threads where I can help other team mates across the Affiliation OR gain advice and watch training / competition videos. I contribute when I have something of meaning and worth to say.

Hey look, I don't enjoy this kind of thing, but you did call out
one of the brothers on this forum - you don't have to like everyone,
but you're talking about respect and trashing someone in the same sentence,

Man I agree with you. And I would like to squash this with you.

I called out Taylor when he disrespected my Coach and friend of 25 years (that's right we are old).

The fact is people say shit on here that they would not in person. On the mat or on the street Taylor would NEVER "Joke" with a Brown Belt Instructor. He would probably just be waking up.

MAYBE I am old school but I still say yes sir and no sir to my Coaches.

Again, I have no hate for anyone here. You called me out and I answered honestly. I don't come on here a lot. I don't post a lot of pictures or videos. I am 37 years old and work my ass off so I can train and do the things that make me happy. But I have been a paying member since 2010 and have met a lot of these guys and consider them my family.

I agree with you BUT it is also important to NOT sit back and let people disrespect your Coach so HE doesn't have to. I am, say, showing my respect.

I've only known Herzog for around four years, but he's like my big brother. There's a stable of OGs outta Rochester that get awfully protective of their alpha dog. He'll forever be "Coach" to me. That's both a term of endearment AND respect. I'd gag on my mouthpiece trying to say "Chris". I can't do it. Maybe if he gave me a lawful and direct order to call him Chris... still.

In short: I totally understand.
