Precisely, the only way this chemtrail idea would prove true or useful was if stealth planes were flying over 'enemy' territories and dumping the gasses there.

this article basically disproves the argument that "the government breathes the same air as we do" or "why would they spray stuff in the air". i thought this was a bunch of crap, but this article is the only one i found that is official and not a conspiracy. so from the article it looks like they sprayed it in certain areas and knew exactly what they were doing. not 100% convinced but still interesting
