Oh? I thought it was that the different shapes reflected the radar waves in different directions, that way no coherent image is sent back..

But they also experimented with saucer shaped models apparently, because the round shape gives of a very weak radar signature.

That's interesting right there, if you want a stealth craft, it looks either like a modern stealth plane,or a flying saucer.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are some electrically charged flying saucer chassis's speeding around in the sky above us..

That' the flying machine Nikola Tesla was talking about, and his inventions usually worked, so.. The electrical system needed to operate this computer. Wireless charging of electrical gadgets. H.A.A.R.P. , etc. why not the flying machine? Maybe there was some trick to it?

A disc shape is also much like a flying wing, and if it's negatively and positively charged, (ion wind) on different parts of the chassis, then it will pick up speed and fly, that's what I've always thought. But it's more like me daydreaming and thinking of scenarios that could be, I haven't got a clue really.. It would be cool though, if Loockheed or someone came forth and said; "Here, check out the flying saucer craft we've had for the last forty years! The air is led around it by electricity, it has nearly no resistance and can go impossibly fast!"

Then there is the small problem of a power source.. among other things. Weight, etc.. Scientists probably understand that stuff, I haven't got a clue.

Yeah, I've seen multiple documentaries that says the same thing.. I'm in the I don't know category, but when I think about the Sr.71 blackbird, and how long they kept that a secret..! I foresee great programs about flying machines on discovery when I'm an old man!
