Rubber guard is only for people with freakish flexiblity. It can't be adjusted for people with limited flexibility or damaged joints.

we are not allowed to even know of Eddie bravo because his views on drugs and other things are immoral and wrong. As for this so called ""rubber guard" its a technique from an old judo and it was banned from competition in 1802 because the damage it did to the judokas knees. So anyone who uses this technique is not only risking there physical heath but also there on morality for using this ineffective guard
