This is a classic essay on MLK that makes some excellent points. As we honor the legacy of Dr. King, we should remember everything he stood for, including the positions he took towards the end of his life that were extremely unpopular with the national news media.
As the essay states, towards the end of his life, MLK was speaking and organizing as diligently as ever. Almost all of those speeches were filmed or taped. But they're not shown on TV today. Read the essay to find out why.

I have a cousin that lives not far from you there in Omaha, Nebraska.
He goes to this holy roller church that's in an abandon movie theater right in the
