After seeing Vitor's eye at the post fight interview I started to wonder. How do you guys actually recover, I mean of course if you have taken any damage in the fight. Sometimes I see guys after fights with both swollen eyes all blacked out, cuts inside the mouth. What are the things that you do at home to speed up the healing, how long does it take for the swelling to go down?

in my fight in sept my opp, smashed my lip against my mouthpiece and split me. took about 3 days. idk eyes couple days for the eyes to calm down week or two for the black to go away.

I swell but never bruise for some reason... So a couple days of healing I look and feel perfectly fine... Sometimes the lacing will leave the worst of the marks... Just bad scratches all over my face

for a black eye put ice pack on it for the swelling to go down quicker then for the bruise put a hot pack on it the heat will reconnect the broken blood cells
