    Wrist Strength

    At HQ Eddie has had us working on handstands for warm ups and also doing a lot of Vice Grip work for the JNT and D'arc ect. Suffice it to say, my wrists feel flimsy and weak. Does anyone here have any wrist exercises I can do, preferably at work, to get stronger when I am not at the gym?

    I dont know but i use a wristball also called powerball, while im watching tv ect... shit works wonders in wrist, forearm and hand strength

    Pull-ups and push-ups. Just makin sure your wrists are nice and warm can do wonders.
