I think so, this was filmed at 10th Planet Decatur, they had a variety of different martial arts classes going on in the back room.

I love that High low detail for getting the hook in.

I needed those details for when a guy is standing up trying to get away. Im devoting this week to your leg lock vids. Been puttin it off for too long cuz its so much info.

That was such an amazing week. I wish the entire organization could have been there. It is genuinely game changing, not only in the set of techniques but in the philosophy and approach to seeing the entire body as a target.

Man everytime you put out a video Zog I just cant wait to study it an up our leg lock game and weve been working Butterfly sweeps so to go to X Guard to the Heisman will work beautifully for us and everyone working on it
