And on a totally unrelated note...I'm always amazed when someone goes out of their way to credit themself with filming a video when it isn't particularly well done. This video is watchable, but there's nothing special about the camerawork. And the audio is pretty bad with an odd sound from the camera that actually sounds like 8mm film from the olden days. Still, the videographer put his credit at the end to let everyone know he was the one who created this masterpiece. I'm so confused....

All of these guys that say I train for life are all just promoting ol skool BJJ. Kron should do MMA and see if his BJJ for real life really works. I always point out Royce Gracie VS Matt Hughes. Howd that real world BJJ work out?

Very insightful video. I used to do the Rickson breathing, but I kinda got away from it. That's some crazy diaphragm movement. Btw, you can't get hit when you are using rubber guard properly. So therefore, it is "correct".

Is it really believable that Helio couldn't do a single pull up? Or is this just more of the myth making of Helio. In 10 years the story is going to be that Helio was 4'2" and weighed 81 lbs...
