Zog's straight got me feelin like Paul Harris..

    Cept better.

Seriously tho, we went to the week long leg camp at BMC's. This was a couple months ago, and i've been trying to incorporate it into my game since. Now I dont have to try. Im straight murkin foo's. And I cant remember the last time ive felt threatened by a leg submission. They def lack the fundamentals Chris has insilled in me. Everyone support this sob for your own good and the system. Make it to seminars and spread the word.

    Zog, thanks homie. Brandon,xoxo

So, is it safe to say then, that the best way to learn leg-lock defense is to learn leg locks?

Most McDojo's would tell you that the best way to learn how to fight is to do forms/katas. Also, the best way to learn clinching and squeezing for jiu jitsu is to yank and pull.

    /sarcasm off

LoL, I can't even sarcasm type with a straight face when it comes to this.

If "GI Joe Rule" means that the best way to learn a particular move is to actually DO the move, then....
