Thanks mate back control is definitely something I have to focus on and put more effort into. RNC should be everyones first port of call but I have got so used to taking the arm triangle my back control game has suffered as a result, which is not so good.

Waiting on the other vids, I have one of George but he throws the gang signs up to another camera and that verison is yet to surface. Wondering whether to post it or not...

Good stuff Chris, you dominated ya second fight,ya arms musta gassed out trying to finish that tri angle choke,I woulda clocked around more n tightened up the angle,from ya can still finish even if he's defending!
