I am going to try and pack in as much as I can in my 5 days when I am there. I have nothing but love for 10P Riverside and would love to learn from you guys.
Leg locks....I am a huge supporter of them and make it my mission to take in as much as I can when it comes to them. I've been training with a catch guy for the past 2 years to add to my game. Every bit helps!
