By the way MJ does give you an unfair advantage over non-user. This forum is filled with people who discuss the benefits of smoking weed on their recovery. Also smoking weed could easily be the catalyst for Nick to not to go completely bananas which would ruin his composure and training regimen. As an example I knew people who were alcoholics and were extremely successful salesman if they had some alcohol in their system. Without alcohol they would be in a horrible mood, very irritable, they would never smile or want to talk to anybody, they would not sell shit and get fired. Although alcohol is not a PED in their case it was being used as such.

you know I agree with the alcohol argument I mean someone can get str8 black out drunk the night before then fight the next day and not be hassled or charged but if some one takes a puff weeks before and stays sober leading up to the fight no alcohol even , he still will get in trouble such a crock of shit Im almost glad this happend, only in the sense that it just disproves the whole stoners are lazy (which most of us on here know from the get go) and shows the BS in the laws

Correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't he use marijuana for his ADHD? The prescription drug they use to treat ADHD is Adderal, a combination of dextroamphetamine and amphetamine. Is Adderal on the banned substances list? Why would an athletic commission allow an amphetamine to be in his system and not the safer option of marijuana? Amphetamine's are way harder on an athlete's body and can absolutely act as a PED in the cage.
