I was wondering, does anyone have a good workout regiment? I have purchased some books that are focused on anarobic workouts, but I was curious if any of you guys had some interesting/challenging/fun/etc workout regiments.
Also should I bump up to a pro account here? I noticed the vids were all for pro accounts, so should I move up considering I want to compete.
I have no advice on fitness (I'm still out of shape, but I no longer get winded sprinting up a flight of steps anymore! ) but I def recommend the pro account. $5 a month is a steal. And if you learn nothing (not likely), you'll still be entertained with behind the scenes stuff, interviews, and the mothafukkin Renato saga. Easily worth the $5. You won't even notice it gone. Even better, you can access EVERY episode. That's hours worth of material.
