Holy shit I feel weird. I'm a bit overweight and not very flexible, and after you released the new MTS on YouTube I stopped contemplating whether or not to deal with the bit of pain your recommended stretching put me through.
For 45 minutes I listened to the JRE podcast and stretched. Before if I wanted to get into double lotus I would be in agony due to the lack of flexibility in my left leg. After just 45 minutes though I could get into and hold it without any pain during it or after release. Yet for some reason my butterfly stretches didn't improve as much but my left leg single lotus is down 2 inches instead of no movement at all.
I didn't believe you at first as you were explaining it but it's really no bullshit. I can even get my right foot to my ear instead of just to my face.
Pretty powerful stuff, it's buttfucking incredible the improvement I've gained in under an hour. Time to make this a habit
