I normally walk around 205lb, but I'm currently circulating 250lbs. I still feel beastly on the mats but not so happy with my body fat %. Anyways, I've always been good about controlling my food intake but I'm finding it hard these days. Anyone else been there? Looking to my brothers and sisters to help re-motivate me.
Elementary my dear Bryan. All you have to do is cut out bread and all flour products. No cake, donuts,
hamburger buns, hot dog buns, pan cakes, pan dulce, crackers etc. etc. Nothing with white sugar or
fructose etc. etc. No white rice either. You can have potatoes but not french fries or fried potatoes.
Baked or boiled potatoes only. Sweet potatoes too. I took a seminar with Snowman Jeff Munson. He has
no body fat. Says he does not eat any bread products. If he has to eat out once in awhile he'll eat a hambuger
and throw away the bun. Eat salad but not head lettuce. Romaine lettuce. Cut out the soft drinks. No coke, Drink
natural fruit juices and eat apples. Apples help digest your food. No fried foods of any kind. It's really quite simple.
Don't eat that piece of pie your grandmother made for you or any of that birthday cake either. Eat chicken,
fish and some red meat. Nothing fried. It's up to you. Let me know how this works out for you. I know as soon as
I cut out the bread products I loose weight. No potato chips either fat boy.
